QUEENIE

I walked into PetSmart 5 years ago to look for a ball for our hamster. Before I got past the front table, there was this beautiful red Dobie named Queenie who sat in front of me and gave me her paw. My boys and I fell in love with her at that moment. Today, Queenie has flourished into an extremely smart individual (not "dog" because she gave that up when we got her). She has long left her previous neglected life. She understands everything we say to her and she has been the most perfect dog that I have EVER had. She loves to play with her squeaky toys and just laze around. She is getting old, (9 years old) and she is still very youthful for her age. Sometimes her age shows, but she doesn't let it slow her down. We got a new puppy over the weekend and while my Alpha girl, Queenie, has set her rules, she has been extremely good with this new rambunctious pup. My girl is everyone's favorite dog and she has never met a stranger. I just wanted to thank you and your organization for the wonderful work that you all do.
