About Brian

Brian is a small in stature solid white Doberman with natural ears and a natural tail. We call him Blue Eyes because like Frank Sinatra (Old Blue Eyes) he has the most beautiful blue eyes! Brian is a gentle playful, happy fellow.

He loves to be close to people and loves to be petted. Brain turned one-years-old in January 2017 so he is still a very active puppy.

Brain is working on his manners because he likes to jump up on people to greet them. He is learning to walk on a leash. Brain gets along well with other dogs and is used to having a large four-legged brother or sister to play with.

He will need a Doberman savvy family to redirect his energy and keep him busy in appropriate pursuits. Because of Brian’s high energy he should only be in a family with children who are at least 12-years-old. Brain will do best in a family that can provide him with a fenced yard and has lots of time to play with him.

Brian is considered a special needs Doberman because of his albinism.  Not only is he sensitive to light but because he is prone to skin cancer the same precautions you would use with a child in the sun need to be applied to him if he is outside on a sunny day.

This Is My Story

He ended up at the shelter.
