By his Hospice Care Fostermom, Jennifer
Spector is now at the Bridge where I hope with all my heart he is happy and has no more fears.
Spector was with me and my husband for seven months, during which time we tried in vain to help him overcome
his fear of people. He was especially fearfull of men, no doubt due to his previous owner who taught him humans
can cause only pain. It took Spector many weeks to even be in the same room as my husband, but eventually they
became best buddies and would greet him with a full butt-wiggle. He loved belly rubs, ear massages and most of
all, food! He loved to play with my Max; both running laps around the house until they dropped. Although I could
not help him be happy outside of my home, i would like to think he knew how much he was loved with each kiss on
that big pink nose. He was a sweet, silly, goofy boy who will always be a part of our lives. I know i will be
looking for a white streak running towards me when i get to the Bridge. I will kiss that pink nose again, and tell
him i love him, just like always.
