Meet Roxy! This sweet black/tan Doberman girl has been in foster with her 7 puppies for quite some time. Now she is ready to find her very own home. Roxy is at the Virginia Beach SPCA.
Roxy was a very good momma but she is ready for it to be all about her. Roxy definitely enjoys belly rubs and seeks attention from her people. Roxy is house trained. She weighs about 75 lbs. Roxy is good with other dogs as long as they know that her food, treats and toys belong to her. She does not like to share them, which is understandable, she had to share everything with her pups.
Roxy is not a fan of cats or small animals.
We are looking for a family who is Dobe savvy and will understand her specific care and needs. Roxy has not lived with children. Any children in her new home will need to be 10 years of age and over. Roxy would love an active home that will take her out and about and cuddle in the evenings. she is ready to get her summer body back.
If you are looking for a gal pal to go on adventures with while telling her all your secrets, Roxy is your girl.
