About Sassy

Sassy is a nearly 3-year-old Doberman with a feisty, fun-loving personality and a heart full of affection for her people. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccinations (last vet visit October), house trained, and crate trained—but her favorite place to sleep is snuggled up in bed with her humans.

This girl loves life! She plays hard—chasing her favorite rubber ball or shredding plush toys like a true Doberman—and then takes equally epic naps. Say her name and she’ll come running with her excellent recall. Sassy adores belly rubs, giving kisses, and just being close to her favorite people. She’s happiest in a calm home where she can soak up attention as the only pet.

Sassy has had limited exposure to children and other dogs, so she’ll thrive best in an adult-only household without other pets. She’s completed obedience training and does well with consistent, confident leadership.

She can be unsure around new people at first and may bark or growl when someone unfamiliar comes into her space. Once she has time to get to know you, she warms up and shows her sweet, affectionate side. She’ll do best with someone patient and willing to let her build trust at her own pace.
