About Dexter

Meet Dexter!!!  Dexter is a 3 yr old black/tan, cropped and docked pussycat.  He is definitely “all boy” but also as sweet as they come.

He is a little thin now but at a good weight he will probably be at least 90 lbs.  Dexter came from a shelter after being found running at large.

He is an active boy. Dexter loves to play fetch so on days when you can’t get out for a long brisk walk or hike or jog he is happy to fetch as long as you willing to throw his toy for him.  Check out his video below.

Dexter is looking for a home where he is not left alone for long hours and has a good sized fenced yard so he can play fetch safely. Dexter is house trained and rides well in a car.

Dexter is an exuberant boy who is eager to please. You just need to get his attention first.  Dexter is a big sweet hunka love that just needs firm, loving guidance. He is looking to be someone’s baby!

His adopter should have experience owning Dobermans or other large working breed, experience with larger male dogs preferred. I don’t know how he is with cats.  He is ok with other dogs. If you are looking for a big love bug, contact DAR&E today.
