About Rhea

Meet Rhea!  Rhea is a black/tan female dobie that just turned 3 on May 14th. Rhea is thin at 65 lbs.  Her healthy weight is probably around 72 lbs.

This lovely young lady will steal your heart with her sweet, playful nature. She can be a little impulsive but is eager to please you. She gets so excited at mealtime that she hops up and down. It’s very cute!

Rhea is looking for a home where she has a good sized fenced yard to run in because Rhea LOVES to run!  Rhea is house trained and rides ok in a car although it’s not her favorite thing to do. She is crate trained but is seeking a home where she will not be crated.

Rhea came to DAR&E because she was being crated for long periods because her owner had a baby and they didn’t want her to knock the baby over. They knew confining her so much was not fair to her so they asked DAR&E to find a her a great home.

Rhea can be a little shy with new people but she loves playing with other dogs. Rhea has an enthusiastic play style that may overwhelm a lot of dogs. She would be fine as an only dog.  I don’t think she is going to be good with cats.

If you are an experienced Doberman or other large working breed owner with lots of love and time for sweet Rhea, contact DAR&E today.
