Seglenda is smart, sensitive, and searching for her person. This beautiful 6-year-old is full of potential and eager to bond. She’s house-trained and waits patiently for her meals. She’s started on medication for early spay-related hormone imbalances and thyroid support.

This girl craves attention and connection. She was incredibly affectionate during her vet visit—licking everyone and winning over the staff. She’s done well with other dogs she knows but is currently struggling with a dominant female in her temporary home. For this reason, we’re looking for a solo-dog household or one with a compatible, easygoing companion.

Seglenda has some initial suspicion around new children, particularly younger ones, and would do best in a home with older, dog-savvy kids or adults only. She’s been polite around other dogs on walks, rides well in the car, and is eager to learn and work. With her energy and focus, she may thrive with someone interested in obedience, scent work or tracking.
