About Thor
Thor is an 18-month-old Doberman who was surrendered to Stafford County Animal Shelter due to a medical emergency in his previous home. Upon arrival, and subsequent veterinary diagnosis, it was determined that he had an advanced skin infection, and he received both oral medication and medicated baths, and his coat has begun to come in fully and nicely!
Thor has tested wonderfully with other dogs (he is a bit socially immature, but takes corrections from his dog friends well and is overall a very good boy) and has made tremendous strides. We do not know how he would do with cats, and although he is still very much a “kid” himself (exuberant and doesn’t realize how big he is), he would likely be fine with kids. He is neutered and rabies vaccinated. His adoption fee is $45.
