Hi, I'm Violet
Status: adopted

About Violet
Meet Violet – a beautiful, black, cropped, and docked female Doberman. Violet is a very sweet girl who will be 5 on July 1st. She is spayed, up to date on doctor visits, and shots, and is on Simparica Trio for her monthly preventative. She has been genetically tested and has no genetic issues. She has also been professionally trained and knows your basic commands like “sit, down, here, heel, place, and stay”. She is goofy, sweet, and a true Velcro dog. We are looking to rehome her due to no fault of her own. We are a military family who has had a lot of changes in the past few years and quite frankly, we feel as though we can no longer give her the attention and energy that this breed craves.
Violet’s new forever home would ideally have more walks, hikes, outdoor time, ball throws, and training sessions. We would prefer that Violet’s new home have a fully fenced yard. She would do best in a home with no cats. She may do well with a submissive male dog. She can be slow to warm to new dogs when meeting them on walks. Violet does well with kids and would do best in a home with older kids who can take an interest in her training and exercise.
This is My Story
Violet needs to find a new furever home, because her current family is a military family and feels the can no longer give her the attention and energy she craves.
