Grab your pup and get ready to have a {barking} good time! This free event brings our community together to celebrate the love that we have for our pets. We welcome well-behaved, leashed dogs to attend and enjoy activities such as pet photography, demonstrations, a dog superlative contest, mobile grooming, and more!

In a collaborative effort, the Braddock District Supervisor’s office and Celebrate Fairfax organized Braddock Bark.

A community event focused on pet adoptions, recreation, and providing resources for pet owners.

The event will showcase non-profit organizations, many featuring adoptable pets seeking loving homes.

The funds raised during the event will support the Friends of the Fairfax County Animal Shelter, which offers refuge to over 5000 animals annually.

Educational aspects include insights into useful programs and resources such as the Fairfax County Department of Emergency Services, which offers Pet Emergency Kits, and Fairfax Pets On Wheels, which connects pets with people living in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
